Only one goal conceded and a three-game unbeaten start to
the new Serie A (SA) season may seem solid enough, but
Juventus fans might have expected more than just five points
after the third round (W1, D2). They do at least have four more
points than they had at this stage of last term, which should
go some way to easing fears of repeating what ended up
being the club’s first trophyless season since 2010/11.
